TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR Afrobeat BIRTHDAY PACKAGE TICKET: Birthday Package Ticket Include: ○ You can receive a full refund on this £50 ticket should you have at least 10 guests or more who have purchased tickets attending your party ○ Free Birthday ticket (see point above) ○ Bottomless Cocktails ○ 3 course meal ○ Birthday Cake & AfrobeatnBrunch Presentation ○ Bottle of Bubbly ○ Tray of shots (max 10 shots) ○ Discounted 10% ticket link for friends (Discount valid up to 2 weeks before the event date) 1. This ticket entitles the ticket holder to AfrobeatNbrunch - BIRTHDAY PACKAGE. Package includes 1 Free AfrobeatnBrunch Ticket. 1 hour of bottomless cocktails (between 1pm-2pm), 3 course meal, Birthday cake, Bottle of bubbly, tray of shots per person in party (max 10), 10% Discounted promotional code for guests in the same party. 2. Once this ticket has been purchased email hello@afrobrunch.co.uk to receive a promotional code. 3. This Ticket counts as 1 entry into the Afrobrunch Event 4. All guests/members of your party must enter your full name as the lead name when prompted in the check out process. This ticket will ONLY be refundable should there be a minimum of 10 guests that have entered your lead name. 5. This ticket will NOT be refunded should there be under 10 guests, that have entered this ticket holders full name as the lead name on their ticket. 6. This offer is valid for design my night customers. If members of your party have purchased through other platforms we will not be able refund this ticket 7. Lead names cannot be added retrospectively. 8. Refunds will be processed the Tuesday after the event. 9. On arrival to the club bring your E-mail confirmation, the card used to purchase the tickets and a GOV-approved ID. Your information will be checked off by the door host for entrance. 10. The ticket holder must adhere to the venue’s entrance guidelines (age restriction, dress code: Smart) 11. Failure to adhere to these guidelines may result in refusal of admission. 10. Bottomless cocktails from 1pm - 2pm and 2-course meal starting at 2 pm included in the ticket price. This offer is valid between these times only. There are no refunds for ticket holders if they miss these times. 2. Drinks & food will only be available during the times specified. If you miss your seating or arrive after any course has been served, chefs will not be able to accommodate any late comers. 3. This ticket entitles the ticket holder to a single entrance before 4 pm. 4. It is advised to arrive early to avoid queuing times. 5. Entertainment, menu and the timings may be subject to change. 6. Dress code is casual. 7. On arrival to the venue, please bring your e-mail confirmation, the card used to purchase the tickets and ID (passport, driving license or any GOV-approved ID) as this is an 18+ only event. Once you reach the front of the queue, your information will be checked off by the door host for entrance. 8. The ticket holder must adhere to the venue’s entrance guidelines (age restriction, dress code, intoxication, gender balance etc.). Failure to adhere to these guidelines may result in refusal of admission, this is at the door staff & security team’s discretion. 9. Refunds will not be issued if the ticket holder is refused admission for failure to adhere to the venues entrance guidelines. Refunds will only be issued should the event be canceled. 10.
